Next, users choose whether they are setting up the app for themselves or for a child.
Keep this block very clear because it decides the rest of the path.

Schedules define specific time periods during which selected apps are automatically locked.

Alarms are designed to get you out of bed. To turn them off, you have to scan the Breaker, so you place it out of reach and physically get up. At the same time, your distracting apps are automatically blocked.
Select a previously created app group. If you need additional apps, create a new group under "App Groups." You don’t need to select an app group for this step, but you can if you want.
Set a limit on how often you can open an app per day with Lock, or block it after a set amount of usage time with App Limit.
